Cellulose Fiber SANACEL®Cellulose SF900)

Fat binder product for meat products. Doesn't contain starch or protein. prevents fat lose on cooking of products like sucuk, salami, sausage, meatballs and döner.


Wheat Fiber (SANACEL®Wheat WWF40)

Water binding product for meat products. Protects the water in the structure of sucuk, salami and sausage. Prevents shrinking in cooking process of meatball products.


Bamboo Fiber (SANACEL®Bamboo BF40)

Water binding product for meat and dairy products. Protects the water in the structure of sucuk, salami, sausage, meatball and döner. Replaces casein in dairy products.
