Delarom Food Additives and Flavors is established in 2002 in Istanbul. Being a joint venture company for the first three years, Delarom is now a 100% Turkish company.
Delarom’s main activity is supplying food additives primarily for the meat processors and poultry factories for sausage production. Our goal is to be a one-stop-shop for the needs of the meat processors in Turkey and neighbor countries. We intend to be the preferred source of ingredients supply and associated services within our business areas in Turkey and neighbor countries.
We hold several exclusive distributorships for various ingredients, such as IFC-Fiber of USA, Forest Flavors of USA and Protina/Colin of France. Our Food Ingredients Division markets preservatives, coloring agents, stabilizers, shelf life extenders, antioxidants, fibers, proteins, phosphates, spice oils and extracts. Thanks to our food engineers with the experience of more than a decade in the Turkish market, we produce and market spice mixes (combi mixes) according to the need of our business partners.
